Find or reserve a group study room
There are over 25 Group Study Rooms located throughout the library on floors 1, 2, and 3. These are small, enclosed rooms with a table, chairs, and often a chalk or dry erase board. You can locate vacant study rooms by walking around the perimeter of the library and seeking out those rooms designated as "Group Study."
Most rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, but seven study rooms located on the first floor may be reserved for small group use by ECU students, faculty and staff. The rooms seat four to eight people per room and may be reserved for two hours when the library is open.
To reserve a room please use the online reservation form at http://blog.lib.ecu.edu/mrbs/
You may also reserve a room by contacting the Joyner Library Reference Department in person, by phone at (252) 328-6677, or via e-mail at askref@ecu.edu.
Please note: Rooms will be forfeited if the persons reserving the rooms do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
