Thank you for your interest in this package from Joyner Library. We hope you find it useful. Our production version of the NC Topographic Maps database uses a combination of MS SQL and Coldfusion.

Please use the SQL files to create the necessary tables and information. Two tables are blank because they need to be personalized for your library.

The departments table specifies the department or department’s carrying topographic maps. In the case of Joyner Library that included our North Carolina Collection and Government Documents Collection.

The other table is the maps table which has our holdings information. To create the maps data, collect your holdings information including the quad name, department and call number (the year published in our case)

The following scripts are used for the web portion of the product.
