About North Carolina History and Fiction Digital Library: Joyner Library sponsors six online exhibits: Bath Tricentennial, ECU Centennial, John Lawson, Tobacco, Steamers, and the Wright Brothers Centennial exhibits. These exhibits focus on the era around 1900, except the John Lawson Exhibit which describes the early 1700's. The exhibits include digitized pamphlets, news articles, book excerpts, photographs, broadsides, letters, plant specimens, and other resources. The major sources for the digitized materials are Joyner Library's North Carolina Collection and Special Collections Departments.
